InstantGrant is an independent, privately run information service that helps UK homeowners understand which home energy grants they may qualify for — including the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, ECO4 and Warm Homes: Local Grant.

What we do

We bring together the latest official scheme information in one place, explain the eligibility rules in plain English, and offer a short eligibility checker. If you submit your details, an assessor may contact you within hours to talk through your options — there is no obligation.

Who we are not

InstantGrant is not a government body, local authority or official funding provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of GOV.UK, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, Ofgem or any local council. All scheme titles, summaries and status details are checked against official GOV.UK sources and refreshed regularly — always confirm final eligibility on GOV.UK or with your local council before committing to any work.
